Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Georgia to learn day-to-day store operations and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will gain experience in customer service, inventory management, coaching, and driving store performance while earning $17.00 to $23.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and store performance bonuses. This trainee program offers hands-on training, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store with proper asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance toward sales and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results to support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
