FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to learn day-to-day store operations while developing leadership and people-management skills. You'll work with store leadership across customer service, inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics, while earning $20.00-$22.00 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.

This hands-on training path prepares you to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment with robust benefits and flexible hours.

Competenze

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell and coach team members in a retail setting.
