Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability.
• Assist Store Manager with operational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate individual performance.
• Ensure merchandise presentation meets company standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist in markdowns and transfers.
