Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

• Drive sales and profitability by achieving sales goals.
• Assist in communicating operational goals to staff.
• Monitor individual performance in sales and productivity.
• Manage the store’s staff as necessary.
