Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, drive sales targets, and manage in-store merchandising to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach team members, resolve customer issues, and handle daily store operations in a competitive but collaborative environment. Eligible candidates should have retail leadership experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals for the sales team.
• Analyze store operations and ensure proper merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Monitor inventory and store cleanliness while ensuring store uptime and security.
• Handle customer issues on the floor and model best practices for the team.
