Qualifications

• Retail or wireless customer service experience considered a plus.

• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Coach and mentor associates; participate in interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Manage daily store operations and support the General Manager on store performance.
