Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Atlanta, GA to partner with the store manager to oversee daily store operations, assist with merchandising and product launches, and ensure AT&T customers experience best-in-class services.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals, engage in off-site events, and contribute to a high-performance retail environment with strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
