Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a retail location, partnering with a store manager to oversee daily operations, merchandising, and promotions, and to deliver best-in-class service to customers.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, participate in off-site events, and utilize training to develop leadership skills, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
