Job summary

AT&T in the USA region seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, merchandising, product launches, and to drive sales and service excellence. You will partner with a store manager, coach a team of sales consultants, and participate in off-site events and promotions.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and at least three years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications, plus prior management.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
