AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily store operations and driving sales, service, and customer experience. You will lead a team of retail sales consultants, coach performance, and help execute merchandising and launches while upholding AT&T’s training standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with a store manager.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
