Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in the Atlanta area to partner with the store manager in daily operations. You will guide merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities while driving sales and customer satisfaction through your leadership of a retail team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales and customer experience in telecom, prior management, and strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Lead and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Provide coaching to ensure team meets sales and service goals.
