Lids Sports Group (Lids) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Los Angeles to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and store performance while upholding brand standards and loss prevention. This role emphasizes teamwork, engagement, and a positive customer experience.

You will oversee merchandising, cash handling, and store readiness to meet KPIs, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for staff and customers alike.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and coach store associates through training programs and goals.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols and brand standards.
• Execute selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, audits, and inventory control.
• Open and close the store following SOP.
