Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading store operations, supervising teams, and achieving sales goals.
• Drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle report.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: recruit, hire, onboard, and train employees; manage performance.
• Sales & Merchandising: maintain product flow, pricing, and floor presentation.
• Financial & Operational: manage budget, expenses, and reporting.
• Customer Service: ensure excellent shopper and donor experiences.
• Compliance & Asset Protection: safeguard property and enforce policies.
• Supervisory Duties: direct store personnel and handle escalations.
