Responsibilities

• Ensure proper handling of donations and workflow to maximize production.
• Complete assigned tasks including cash handling, safety, payroll, and scheduling on time.
• Promote world-class customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in multi-location operations where applicable to meet goals across sites.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
