Job summary

Casper is seeking an Associate Store Manager with a track record of leading teams and driving sales in a retail setting. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and visual standards to elevate the offline experience and Casper's brand connection.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to meet sales plans, analyze performance data, control payroll and expenses, and foster a fast-paced, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience as a people leader in Retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership capabilities with ability to attract, develop and motivate top talent.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to drive sales in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and day-to-day operations alongside Store Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing, inventory management, and visual brand standards.
• Coach and mentor a high performing team focused on service excellence.
• Analyze performance data to meet/exceed sales plans and optimize the customer journey.
