Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on site.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Computer skills including reports, inventory control, cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Maintain professional image and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service levels and store standards.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper signage are in place.
