Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional to maximize store sales through exceptional customer service, merchandising, and strong store image.

You will manage promotions, budgets, and product availability while coaching store managers and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. The role requires 3–5 years in retail with at least 2 years in management, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Three to five years of retail business experience; two years in management preferred
• Must have leadership ability, good communication, self-directed and customer service orientation
• Able to supervise/store managers and use store equipment and materials
• Expertise with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
• A valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales through customer service, merchandising and store image
• Provide information on promotions, opportunities, trends and competitor activity
• Manage controllable costs and store budgets
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and new product launches
• Ensure product availability and vendor performance
• Lead and coach store managers, oversee recruitment and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
• Promote safety and a secure work environment
• Forecast and budget to achieve financial objectives
• Contribute to achieving financial and KPI targets
