Job summary

Circle K in Michigan seeks an experienced Store Manager to drive sales, ensure product availability, and maintain an exceptional store image inside and out. Lead daily operations, coach staff, and partner with marketing on promotions to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
3–5 years of retail business experience with management responsibility preferred.

Ability to supervise and train Store Managers and use store equipment and software.

Recap promotional activity and report opportunities, trends and competition.
Manage controllable costs including salaries and overtime; oversee budgets and variances.
