Circle K is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for the Great Lakes BU – Region 05 at 103 Defiance St, Archbold, OH. You will recruit, hire and train staff, assign tasks, ensure store standards, and maintain a clean, well-stocked site while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Require high school diploma or GED; prior retail experience preferred.
• Experience supervising and training staff for equipment use and safety.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM-related functions as described.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computer systems: reports, inventory, cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive employees ensuring customer service excellence.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain a clean, well-stocked site.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Lead non-discriminatory hiring, training, and coaching activities.
