Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM description.
• Ability to use computer, reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and motivation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive community image and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards for customer service and marketing execution.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and establish regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure timely completion of required reports.
• Monitor merchandising, displays and pricing to meet company standards.
• Ensure employment posters/signs are accessible.
