Job summary

Circle K in Johnstown, Ohio is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations of the Great Lakes BU - Region 02 - Market 03 location at 8 N Main St. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, ensure customer service excellence, and maintain store standards, inventory and cash controls.

The role requires flexibility for day/evening/overnight shifts, full-time hours, and the ability to work with suppliers and corporate management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain site standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Organize site files, manage reports and inventory to ensure accuracy.
