Lids in Ventura, CA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on guest service and team development.

You’ll supervise schedules, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to store policies while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to sustain a welcoming, high-performance environment that reflects Lids’ brand standards, drives loss prevention, and supports personal growth for teammates.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.

• Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
