Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales/task goals.
• Administer progressive discipline as needed and foster a respectful team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and inventory safeguards.
• Execute store operations directives, maintain POS systems and product displays.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, backroom organization, and timely pricing changes.
