Job summary

You will open/close, train staff, act as Manager on Duty, handle issues, ensure policies, maintain safety, and uphold visual standards. You will collaborate with leadership to meet goals and deliver Best of the West customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell product and manage a retail department.
• Proven ability to drive results, develop talent, excel in customer service and exercise sound judgment.
• Associate must be able to read English and stay alert during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender's Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet sales per hour goals.
• Train all associate positions in the store and act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Open and close the store, address customer complaints, and handle returns/exchanges.
• Increase sales, maintain profit, and reduce controllable expenses using key metrics.
• Lead training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company expectations.
