Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender’s culture and lead store operations.
• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Stay active in personal selling and meet or exceed sales per hour.
• Train all associate positions and coach on sales techniques.
• Lead loss prevention efforts and ensure safety and security.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll controls bi-weekly.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized store per company standards.
• Execute company policies and drive sales performance.
