Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive mission, vision and values.
• Lead personal selling and strive to meet sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty and supervise store associates to deliver service and drive sales.
• Open and close the store as directed, address customer complaints and returns.
• Manage labor with scheduling and timecard accuracy, assist in payroll processing.
• Lead training of associates on sales techniques, product knowledge and company expectations.
