Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, execute merchandising plans, and support training and assessments across the team.

As a front-line leader, you will manage scheduling, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture while delivering strong performance metrics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues or customer escalations when Store Manager isn’t present.
• Lead and train store staff using LIDS Training Programs.
• Maintain proper store operations, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Execute merchandising and VM plans to maximize product visibility.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new store personnel.
