Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead daily store operations, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards and targets.

As a Store Manager on duty when needed, you’ll manage schedules, training, and performance, ensuring a welcoming, efficient store that delivers strong sales and operational results in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and executing training programs.
• Ability to manage scheduling and staff performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting for sales/tasks with regular follow-up.
• Schedule and staff the store, including coverage during peaks and absences.
• Recruit, train, and develop store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protect company inventory and funds, and maintain store standards.
