Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender’s Culture and drive the Mission, Vision, and values.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet/exceed sales per hour.
• Supervise store associates and train all positions as needed.
• Open and close the store and address customer needs.
• Handle returns and associate assignments.
• Lead scheduling to control labor and payroll.
• Contribute to a safe, well-stocked, and visually appealing store.
