The role supports culture, drives store operations, assists customers, and leads a team to meet sales, labor, and customer-experience goals. Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and maintaining store standards while applying company policies.

The position emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and loss-prevention awareness to ensure Best of the WEST service and a safe, well-organized store.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive mission, vision and goals.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet/exceed sales per hour.
• Train and supervise store associates in various roles (Cashier, Sales Associate, Stocker, etc.).
• Act as Manager on Duty: assist in day-to-day store management and supervision.
• Open and close the store; address customer needs; handle returns and assignments.
• Increase sales, maintain profit, and control expenses using key metrics.
• Lead training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company expectations.
• Maintain a safe, secure store environment and document incidents.
