Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission and values.
• Perform tasks of a Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Lead personal selling to meet or exceed sales per hour.
• Act as Manager on Duty to oversee daily store operations.
• Open and close the store and address customer needs.
• Handle returns and assign tasks to associates.
• Assist in increasing sales while maintaining profit and controlling expenses.
• Help train store staff and ensure a neat, professional appearance.
• Promote safety and security and report incidents promptly.
• Follow company policies and participate in loss prevention measures.
