Cavender's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support store operations, coach associates, and help achieve sales goals. You will open/close, supervise staff, and ensure a clean, compliant store that delivers top customer service.

Key responsibilities include training staff, driving sales, managing schedules and payroll, and maintaining loss prevention standards while promoting Cavender's culture and values.

Formación

• Proven ability to sell product and manage a retail department.
• Proven ability to drive results, develop talent, excel in customer service and exercise sound decision making.
• Ability to comprehend basic instructions, interpret documents and apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks.
• Associate must be able to read English.
• Associate must be able to understand English.
• Associate must be able to stay alert and productive during work hours assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Cavender's Culture and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet or exceed sales per hour goals.
• Train all associate positions in the store (Cashier, Sales Associate, Key) and act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, supervise associates, and deliver Best of the WEST customer service.
• Open and close the store as directed and address customer complaints.
• Handle returns and exchanges and manage associate assignments and concerns.
• Increase sales, maintain profit, and reduce controllable expenses using key metrics.
• Lead training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company expectations.
• Contribute to a safe store environment and report incidents; ensure proper records.
• Understand and execute all company policies and procedures and lead Loss Prevention measures.
