Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. You will act as manager on duty, supervise associates, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle training, scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.

• Capable of working unsupervised in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store staff using LIDS Training Programs and set goals.
• Maintain store operations, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Support recruitment and staff development and adherence to company policies.
