Job summary

Old Navy in Hickory, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store, drive profitable sales and lead a high-performing team. You will coach Leads and Brand Associates, manage operations, merchandising and customer experience to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement store strategy, develop talent and maintain brand standards, ensuring a best-in-class experience for customers.
