Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and drive profitable sales. You will oversee customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager and coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team that meets performance goals and upholds brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on metrics and goals.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor, stockroom, and office.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
