Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, collaborating with the GM/AGM to coach leaders and achieve performance goals.

You will recruit and coach Brand Associates, Experts, and leads, own your area, and ensure SOPs and brand standards are met while leveraging omni-channel tools to serve

Qualifications

• Retail management experience 1–3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experience.
• Ensure flexible scheduling and adherence to policies.
