Job summary

Old Navy is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development, working with the GM/AGM to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates.

You will recruit and develop teams, own areas of responsibility, and implement plans to maximize efficiency while ensuring compliance and brand representation in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
