Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales-floor operations at a GCNA store. You will drive store performance, manage production and customer service, and supervise Team Members to uphold standards and brand values.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong customer service skills, and ability to work across multiple GCNA locations. Occasional travel and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Travel to other GCNA locations to assist other stores and attend training as needed.
• Builds a high-performing team and oversees staffing, coaching, and development.
