Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our PHX-CAMELBACK/COLLONADE, AZ location. You will lead a team, drive customer experience, meet sales and KPI objectives, and ensure compliance with SOPs and company programs.

You will also hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members, while managing workload and budgets. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, merchandising, shrink and safety programs, and delivering the brand promises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience supervising a diverse team, with performance management and development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOP compliance and policy execution.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets while guiding the team to meet objectives.
• Lead customer brand promises and shrink/safety programs.
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members and develop talent for advancement.
• Cross-train staff and coordinate workload and customer service across departments.
