Job summary

• Lead and coach front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Drive KPIs through leadership, coaching, and day-to-day execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive customer retention.
• Support knit & sew shop and in-store programs like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across assigned departments.
• Support asset protection and reduce shrink.
