Job summary

Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support store operations and sales leadership. In this role you assist the Store Manager, help manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales goals while maintaining store standards.

You will participate in merchandising, training, and executing company directives, with a focus on customer experience and inventory awareness across the retail floor. Previous retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• High school degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales management.
• Maintain store standards and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist in merchandising, promotions, and floor resets per directives.
• Supervise and motivate staff, communicate goals and results.
• Monitor operations, loss prevention, and inventory awareness.
