Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Retail Store Manager to drive operations at a Chandler location. You will lead the team, manage donations and pricing, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales and production targets.

The role requires 2 years in retail management (thrift preferred) and a high school diploma or equivalent. A comprehensive benefits package and a performance bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers; maintains clean, well-kept store reflecting the Goodwill brand.
• Partners with community organizations to promote mission; trains and develops team members.
