Job summary

FashionUnited is looking for a Manager in Training in Indianapolis to manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. This entry-level management role involves driving sales, supporting the team, and maintaining store standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and customer service skills, a high school diploma, and at least 2 years of retail experience preferred. Benefits include generous employee discounts and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in communicating operational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance in sales and loss prevention.
• Demonstrate leadership skills in managing store staff.
