Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail grocery store.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire following policy and legal requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with store merchandising by staging, stocking and presenting merchandise per manager direction.
• Assists inventory management including damages, markdowns, paperwork and facility controls; prepares inventories.
• Follows prescribed ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides strong customer service leadership.
• Acts as a role model by following company procedures and policies.
• Participates in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensures safe deposit of all company funds and cash controls.
• Maintains clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment.
• Operates store in store manager’s absence.
• Reviews operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Completes all paperwork and documentation on time.
