Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising through staging, stocking and pricing.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in‑stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure secure deposit and cashier accountability.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate store in manager’s absence and review sales trends.
