ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations on-site. You will supervise day-to-day activities, manage schedules, and develop action plans to drive performance while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and adherence to company policies. Starting wage is competitive with annual wage growth and a typical 38-hour work week.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.

• Monitor the community environment and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure inventory and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
