PharmaCann, Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a single retail store, drive top-line sales, and manage FOH/BOH operations. You will supervise store performance, training, product presentation, and loss prevention, while reporting to the General Manager.

A strong focus on service, loyalty, and brand standards is essential. The role requires building a high-performing team, optimizing scheduling and payroll, and delivering profitable growth in a multi-state cannabis retail

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management preferred.
• Proven managerial experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Experience with P&L and store operations is a plus.

• Meet or exceed total store sales and profitability goals.
• Forecast payroll to maximize productivity and meet targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with the brand.
• Review financial and operational reports to drive improvements.
