PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a single Illinois dispensary. This leadership role drives Front of House and Back of House performance, builds a high-performing team, and focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and promotions to achieve top-line sales growth.

The position reports to the General Manager and oversees P&L, staffing, and store operations. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 plus opportunities for growth and development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management or related field.
• 3+ years managerial experience in high-volume retail with a customer-centric approach preferred.
• 2+ years PharmaCann management experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Meets or exceeds goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Forecasts and adjusts payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales and payroll goals, and complete workload.
• Builds a team that delivers exceptional service and drives customer loyalty, increasing return visits.
• Reviews and interprets financial and operational reporting including sales and audit results.
• Identifies underperforming metrics and develops strategies to improve and grow the business.
