Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager for a single retail store to lead FOH/BOH operations, drive sales, and oversee payroll, training, and brand standards. Report to the General Manager and cultivate a high-performing team focused on customer experience and profitability.

The role emphasizes process excellence, leadership development, and ensuring financial success with P&L accountability. Travel and flexibility may be required as part of day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume retail-based industry with a customer-centric approach is preferred.
• 2+ years PharmaCann management experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve store selling goals and metrics.
• Proven ability to drive sales results, analyze selling reports, identify trends and react quickly to business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Forecasts and adjusts payroll to maximize productivity and sales.
• Builds a team aligned with PharmaCann/Verilife brand and drives customer loyalty.
• Reviews financial and operational reporting including sales and audits.
• Identifies underperforming metrics and develops improvement strategies.
