Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a single retail location in Illinois. You will manage FOH/BOH operations, drive top-line sales, develop a high-performing team, ensure brand standards, and control expenses.

You will forecast payroll, train staff, and optimize customer experience while protecting assets and ensuring compliance. This is a full‑time, on‑site role reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations preferred.
• 3+ years managerial experience in high-volume retail.
• 2+ years PharmaCann management experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to drive store sales goals and analyze selling reports.
• Strong decision making, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Forecasts and adjusts payroll to maximize productivity and sales goals.
• Builds a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and loyalty.
• Reviews financial and operational reporting, including sales and audits.
• Identifies underperforming metrics and develops improvement strategies.
• Oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure compliance and loss prevention.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and develops diverse team members.
• Trains, coaches, and provides performance feedback to staff.
• Partners with leaders to schedule staff and manage resources.
• Maintains brand standards and delivers a positive customer experience.
